Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the footwear for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
